The All Progressives Congress lost the last Osun State governorship election because it became disconnected from the grassroots, suffered internal divisions and alienated voters through its campaign approach, the Spokesperson to Governor Ademola Adeleke, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, has said. Governor Ademola Adeleke has tasked Osun residents to report any suspicious movements or individuals in their areas or neighbourhood to security agencies without any delay. The governor who made the appeal in response to reported planned terrorist attacks on places of worship in Osun state called on the members of the public to alert security agencies if they notice an influx of strange faces especially across the border communities. Governor Ademola Adeleke today left the country for vacation in Europe even as he ordered a probe into the emerging dispute over the kingship of Koka town in Obokun Local Government.
