WIFE OF OSUN STATE GOVERNOR, AMB. ERELU NGOZI ABENI ADELEKE HONOURED WITH PHILANTHROPIST MOTHERLAND HEROES AWARD 2026
Her Excellency, Amb. Erelu Ngozi Abeni Adeleke, has been honoured with the Philanthropist Motherland Heroes Award 2026, at the Coronation Night of Miss Motherland Nigeria, held on Friday, 18th, September 2026, at the Luxury Hall, Landmark Towers, Victoria Island, Lagos State.
The award ceremony, which brought together distinguished guests, notable personalities and dignitaries from across Nigeria and around the globe, also featured the recognition of other distinguished recipients.
The award was presented to Her Excellency in recognition of her remarkable humanitarian efforts and commitment to the service of humanity.
Expressing her appreciation for the honour, Amb. Erelu Ngozi Abeni Adeleke commended the Founder and National Director of Miss Motherland Nigeria, Prince Timmy Abiri, for considering her worthy of the prestigious recognition.
She received the award with profound gratitude and humility, describing the recognition as a renewed motivation to do even more in the service of humanity and for the development of society at large.
She also commended the vision behind the annual Miss Motherland Nigeria Pageant, particularly its focus on empowering young Nigerian women, promoting national unity, celebrating Nigeria’s rich cultural heritage, and sensitising Nigerian youths on the importance of togetherness, patriotism and commitment to the development of the nation.
In her remarks, she encouraged the participants to remain focused and committed to excellence, embrace hard work, uphold Nigerian cultural values and demonstrate leadership with honesty, humility, integrity and compassion.
She further urged the young women to align themselves with the noble mission of the founder and strive to become worthy ambassadors of Nigeria wherever they find themselves.
The Wife of the Governor, expressed her gratitude to God Almighty for the numerous recognitions she has received both in Nigeria and across the globe, noting that such recognitions should not be viewed merely as honours but as reminders of the greater responsibility to continue contributing meaningfully to humanity.
