GOVERNOR ADELEKE CELEBRATES ASIWAJU MUSULUMI OF YORUBALAND, EDO AND DELTA STATES, ALHAJI KHAMIS IYANDA OLATUNDE BADMUS ON 80TH BIRTHDAY
Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke has congratulated the Asiwaju Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo and Delta States, Alhaji Khamis Iyanda Olatunde Badmus, on the occasion of his 80th birthday anniversary.
Governor Adeleke described Alhaji Badmus as an accomplished elder statesman, respected businessman, and distinguished Islamic leader whose life has been defined by service to humanity, promotion of religious harmony, and sustained contributions to national development.
In a congratulatory message, the Governor stated, “I warmly felicitate with the Asiwaju Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo and Delta States, Alhaji Khamis Iyanda Olatunde Badmus, on the remarkable occasion of his 80th birthday. Reaching this milestone in good health and honour is a special grace from Almighty Allah.”
He added, “Alhaji Badmus has remained a shining example of humility, generosity, discipline, and dedication to the growth of Islam and the progress of society. His life of impact continues to inspire younger generations across the country.”
Governor Adeleke further commended the octogenarian for his longstanding support for community development, philanthropy, and peaceful coexistence among diverse groups.
“At 80, Baba’s legacy of compassion, wisdom, and service stands tall. His contributions to religious advancement, human capital development, and social stability will continue to earn him respect and admiration,” the Governor remarked.
The Governor prayed for continued strength, sound health, peace of mind, and many more fruitful years for the celebrant in the service of God and humanity.
