Adeleke General Summit Holds Executives Meeting
The executive meeting of the Adeleke General Summit was held 6th September 2024 and was attended by prominent members of the organization, including Hon. Diti Aluko, Adeleke General Summit Coordinator,Hon. Lukman Afolabi (Aberesose),the BOT Chairman ,Hon. Comrade Samakin Abdul-Jeleel Abiodun (ORIWO),the Summit Secretary,Hon. Olusola Samuel Olufemi,the Summit PRO,Chief Dapo Ayodele,IMOLE Youth Corp's Coordinator,Hon Abdul-Raheem Adekilekun,the SSA to the Governor on Broadcast,SAs to the Governor, Coordinators from all vanguard's in the Summit,local government Coordinators of Adeleke General Summit and Other Executives also present.The meeting began with optimism and dedication, with key stakeholders and members coming together to talk about the progress of different initiatives and strategies for further development during Governor Adeleke's administration and how to maximally reward the members of the summit.
During the meeting, Hon. Diti Aluko opened the floor with a passionate speech praising Governor Ademola Adeleke for his impressive accomplishments throughout Osun State. Hon. Aluko emphasized the governor's dedication to improving different areas of the state, such as infrastructure, education, healthcare, and youth empowerment. He highlighted the positive effects of the governor's programs on both urban and rural areas, leading to real improvements in citizens' lives. His comments created a favourable atmosphere for the meeting, prompting participants to consider the extensive advantages of the governor's policies.
After Hon. Aluko praised the coordinators of the Summit, Hon. Lukman Afolabi, (Aberesose), spoke to expressed his gratitude. He praised their continuous backing of the governor's leadership and their relentless work in rallying support at the local level. During his speech, Hon. Afolabi urged members to be patient, stressing the significance of grasping the workings of the government system. He comforted the audience by mentioning that the Adeleke General Summit members can expect numerous upcoming opportunities and advantages, especially in terms of empowerment and development initiatives.
The State Coordinator of Imole Youth Corps,
Chief Dapo Ayodele, attended the meeting as well. He gave a comprehensive presentation on the Imole Youth Corps initiative, which seeks to involve and empower young people in Osun State. He explained how the program was structured to provide chances for young individuals in line with Governor Adeleke's overall goal of empowering the youth. Chief Ayodele urged members to make use of this opportunity and to inform others in their communities about the numerous advantages provided by the programme.
To wrap up the meeting, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Media Monitoring,Hon. Comrade Samakin Abdul-Jeleel Abiodun (ORIWO) who also serves as the Summit Secretary, itemized the achievement of the current administration under the leadership of Governor Ademola Adeleke,also spoke to reiterate the points made by earlier speakers. He stressed the need for everyone to work together to support Governor Adeleke’s administration and highlighted that patience and an understanding of the government’s procedures are crucial for maintaining ongoing success. Comrade Samakin Abdul-Jeleel Abiodun emphasized the importance of unity and dedication to the Summit's objectives and urged members to make the most of the programs and initiatives introduced by the administration.
The leadership of the Summit under the leadership of Adeleke Dynasty and the People's Democratic Party used the opportunity to appreciate those who supported financially for the successful of the stakeholders meeting of Adeleke General Summit;Malam Olawale Rasheed, the Spokesperson to the Executive Governor of Osun State, Hon. Lanre Oladebo, Representing Ayedade, Isokan, and Irewole federal Constituency, and some others who also supported the meeting of the Summit that was held first Friday of September 2024.
All members present at the meeting received their Transportation fee's and the meeting was adjourned for the day.
