Osun APC Chairman in Police Net for Cyberstalking Governor Adeleke

 

The Osun State Police Command has summoned the Chairman of All Progressive Congress in Osun State, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal, over allegations of cyberstalking and conduct likely by the state Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke.

The petition signed by Special Adviser to the Governor on Legal Matters, Nurudeen Kareem, was submitted to the Commissioner of Police in the state, Muhammad Abba.

The Commissioner of Police immediately ordered diligent investigation into the allegations by the Governor.

The Police summoned the APC Chairman to Police headquarters in Osogbo for questioning over the matter.

Accompanied by his counsels, Waliu Salimon Adebayo and Muhydeen Adeoye Galadima, the APC chairman honoured the police invitation.

The APC Chairman, in his statement at the police headquarters, denied the allegations against him by Governor Adeleke.

Lawal said the allegations against him by Adeleke were untrue, false, misleading, and unfounded

A top police officer at the command confirmed that the APC Chairman had since left the police headquarters while investigation continues
