Salvation Chapel Seventh day Adventist Church, Adeleke University donated a water project to Olorunsogo Rombe area Ede in Osun State.
Thinking God for the successful commissioning of project, The University Pastor, Olugbenga Efuntade noted that the project was done to help people, not to spite government. It has zero political inuando.
The water project was commissioned by Professor Adebola, the Vice Chancellor Adeleke University Ede.
It would be recall that the community had suffered lack of water for so long. The people of Rombe community will forever be grateful for the good initiative and kind gesture of the chapel.

FHA ED, Remi Omowaiye in Trouble over N150m MIST Fund Fraud

Former Commissioner for Works and the current Executive Director at the Federal Housing Authority, Remi Omowaiye is in fresh trouble over an alleged N150m MIST fund fraud when he served as the maiden Commissioner for the Ministry of Science and Innovation under the Aregbesola administration. Feelers from the state government indicated that shocking details were uncovered on the FHA director during a contract review process on which he was already penciled down over a particular road contract. A source told our reporter that the money was meant for some information and communication gadgets to be shipped to Nigeria. Till date, there was no invoice nor any equipment from the transaction. The leadership of the Osun State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party has accused the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun of hobnobbing with the opposition All Progressives Congress to assassinate the state governor, Ademola Adeleke amid the crisis surrounding control of local government areas in the state.
