Former Governor of Osun State and Chairman Southwest Reconciliation Committee, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola and Former BOT Member, Dr Saka Balogun met with former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose and other stakeholders of the party from Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti, Osun and Ondo States today, December, 30.
The meeting was held in Fayose’s residence in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.
In the meeting were Engr Femi Babalola, Alhaji Adebisi Olopoeniyan, Dr Eddy Olafeso, Rev Bunmi Jenyo, Ogun, Ekiti, Lagos and Ogun States PDP chairmen, Dr Sikirulai Ogundele, Otunba Bisi Kolawole, Engr Adedeji Doherty and Hon Sunday Bisi respectively.
The meeting affirmed Dr Eddy Olafeso as the next National Vice Chairman (South-West) and called on Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State to support him.

The empowerment initiatives tagged "Asendo / Imole Empowerment" entail: (1) 30 refrigerators: 15 to be shared for the 15 Vice-Chairmen and 15 ward secretaries.
