HRM. Oba Salahudeen Ajiboye Commission Iyeku New Central Modern Mosque.


It was a joyious occasion for all Muslim Faithful in Iyeku both home abroad who came to witness the official commissioning of the modern Iyeku central Mosque and also held the first historic Friday Jumat Prayer.
Earlier in his opening remarks the Atapara  of Iyeku Oba Salahudeen Ajiboye express his gratitude  to Almighty Allah for making the event possible.  He also appreciated the sacrifice and commitment of those who started building the Mosque long time Ago and prayed for bountiful rewards and blessing to everyone who have contributed to the beautiful success of the modern Mosque.  He also seized the occasion to remember the deceased,  who have contributed towards the building of the Mosque  during their lifetime and prayed that Allah granted them internal rest. 
Speaking with Osun Herald crew the Chief Imam of Iyeku land Alhaji Daudu Gbadamosi give glory to Almighty Allah for making the commissioning a reality.  He said the buiding started during the time of his Fathers and God willing made the commissioning possible during his life time. He appreciated the support and donations of everyone to make the building a memorable success and prayed that Almighty Allah will bless and prosper them all. 
Also speaking with Osun Herald correspondence at the event The Mudasiru of Iyeku Land,  Alhaji Muhammad Salaam Oyetunji  express his gladness and gratitude to Almighty Allah for the completion of the project.  In his words the modasiru said he personally cordinate and supervised the project  to its completion.  He appreciated the chief imam of Iyeku for the success of the Mosque during his time and prayed for long life and prosperity for the Imam.  He also gave special kudos to the Ataara of Iyeku  and prayed for more remarkable progress in Iyeku land. He also advocated for oneness ,  love and unity for Iyeku to attain more progress and development.

FHA ED, Remi Omowaiye in Trouble over N150m MIST Fund Fraud

Former Commissioner for Works and the current Executive Director at the Federal Housing Authority, Remi Omowaiye is in fresh trouble over an alleged N150m MIST fund fraud when he served as the maiden Commissioner for the Ministry of Science and Innovation under the Aregbesola administration. Feelers from the state government indicated that shocking details were uncovered on the FHA director during a contract review process on which he was already penciled down over a particular road contract. A source told our reporter that the money was meant for some information and communication gadgets to be shipped to Nigeria. Till date, there was no invoice nor any equipment from the transaction. IGP Egbetokun Conniving with Oyetola and Osun APC to assassinate Adeleke, PDP alleges

The leadership of the Osun State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party has accused the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun of hobnobbing with the opposition All Progressives Congress to assassinate the state governor, Ademola Adeleke amid the crisis surrounding control of local government areas in the state.
