Instead of Apologizing to the People of Osun, APC Embarks on a Show of Shame

We remember vividly the years of maladministration, mismanagement, and inept leadership that characterized their rule. The records remain open, a painful reminder of how the APC, under the leadership of former Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, plunged Osun State into economic setbacks and developmental stagnation. Rather than taking responsibility for their failures or tendering an apology to the people they wronged, the APC now parades itself in the streets of Osogbo under the guise of a so-called “Unity Walk.” What unity are they celebrating? Unity in corruption, in deceit, or in failure? The people of Osun deserve sincerity, not staged drama. It is insulting that those who left behind unpaid salaries, abandoned projects, and a mountain of debts now seek to rewrite history through political jamborees.
