Under the compassionate leadership of her husband, Governor Ademola Adeleke, Erelu Adeleke has initiated an array of transformational empowerment programs through the Esther Adeleke Humanitarian Foundation. Her unwavering commitment to fostering growth, dignity, and opportunity has established her as a pivotal force in the collective effort to uplift the citizens of Osun State.
The Esther Adeleke Humanitarian Foundation has rolled out numerous initiatives designed to address various aspects of community welfare and development, ensuring that no one is left behind. Among these initiatives was the three-day empowerment program for Osun business Women, organized in partnership with the Enterprise Development Centre at Pan-Atlantic University. This program equipped participants with essential business skills, knowledge, and cash grants, enabling them to enhance their economic contributions and uplift other women in their communities.
Another significant initiative undertaken was the distribution of food items to over 2,500 vulnerable individuals in collaboration with Fidelity Bank. During challenging times, such support not only provided immediate relief but also reinforced the commitment to eradicating hunger and poverty in Osun State.
Erelu Ngozi Adeleke's vision extends beyond economic empowerment to encompass health and education. A five-day medical outreach was conducted in partnership with the Funmi Adewole Foundation and Precious Sights Foundation at the Osun State Hospital Management board, Asubiaro, Osogbo, bringing much-needed healthcare services to underserved communities. The initiative also included the distribution of palliatives and school bags, ensuring that children returned to school equipped and ready to learn.
Furthermore, recognizing the importance of menstrual hygiene, Erelu Adeleke has actively promoted awareness and education among schoolgirls across Osun State. This initiative not only addresses a critical health issue but also empowers young girls to pursue their education without the stigma associated with menstruation.
Erelu Ngozi Adeleke is equally committed to talent development among the youth and women in Osun State. To this end, she sponsored the Erelu Ngozi Adeleke Female Table Tennis Competition for secondary school students across the state. Through such activities, she aims to inspire a spirit of competition and camaraderie among young female athletes, highlighting the importance of physical fitness and teamwork.
The Esther Adeleke Humanitarian Foundation in February 2024 further enrolled 31 women across all local governments in Osun State into Beauty and Cosmetology Skill Acquisition program, providing them with professional skills that can lead to sustainable livelihoods.
The culmination of these efforts is exemplified in the latest initiative, is the remarkable 3-in-1 Empowerment Program organized by Esther Adeleke Humanitarian Foundation, is the graduation ceremony held on Tuesday 8th April, 2025 at Admus Event Centre, Ede,  celebrated 31 Female cosmetology graduates who received startup equipment, enabling them to start their beauty businesses. Additionally, 50 youths were inaugurated into Furniture Skill Acquisition program, while 31 fresh candidates for the Cosmetology Skill Acquisition program were also inaugurated. This comprehensive approach not only empowers individuals but also contributes to building a skilled workforce that can contribute to the local economy.
