17 Years Remembrance of Late Pa. Thomas Adeniran



Sweet is the Memory of the Saint. 
The commemoration morning mass graced by Wife,  Families and Friends was held at ST. Joseph Catholic Church Okua,  Osun State. Today, 18th October 2021.
Holy communion service was a special feature at the Remembrance service.
 Special prayers was said for the family and a prayer session was held in his honor at his grave side. 
The Family also held a thanks giving for the grace of God keeping,  upholding and blessing the Family 17 years after the death of Pa. Thomas Adeniran. 
Speaking  to Osun Herald correspondence at the Remembrance service,  Mr Gabriel Babatunde (Smart) give glory to God for his blessings and protection over the entire Family of Adeniran. 
He appreciated Families and Friends who came to grace the program for there kind gestures, support, prayers and love towards the family of Adeniran  and prayed that the good Lord bless everyone abundantly. 
He also said his special appreciation on behalf of the entire Family of Pa.Thomas Adeniran Home and Abroad to the People of Okua,  Iyeku,  Osogbo and the church of God. 
May the Soul of the departed faithful Pa. Thomas Adeniran continue to rest in perfect peace till we meet to part no more (Amen). 
Late Pa. Thomas Adeniran was born to the Family of Jagun Owolabi's compound Okua,  Osun State.

FHA ED, Remi Omowaiye in Trouble over N150m MIST Fund Fraud

Former Commissioner for Works and the current Executive Director at the Federal Housing Authority, Remi Omowaiye is in fresh trouble over an alleged N150m MIST fund fraud when he served as the maiden Commissioner for the Ministry of Science and Innovation under the Aregbesola administration. Feelers from the state government indicated that shocking details were uncovered on the FHA director during a contract review process on which he was already penciled down over a particular road contract. A source told our reporter that the money was meant for some information and communication gadgets to be shipped to Nigeria. Till date, there was no invoice nor any equipment from the transaction. IGP Egbetokun Conniving with Oyetola and Osun APC to assassinate Adeleke, PDP alleges

The leadership of the Osun State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party has accused the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun of hobnobbing with the opposition All Progressives Congress to assassinate the state governor, Ademola Adeleke amid the crisis surrounding control of local government areas in the state. Addresing a press conference at the PDP secretariat in Osogbo, the party chairman, Sunday Bisi, alleged that Egbetokun gave sacked local government chairmen under the platform of APC security cover to take control of councils, saying the development was part of the plot to “get rid” of Governor Adeleke.
