OSHA 8th ASSEMBLY SPEAKERSHIP, IT IS EGBEDUN O'CLOCK

By 'Tola Adelani A few minutes before I decided to pen this, I read one Ayo Ologun's opinion in which he made futile efforts to rubbish the personality of Adewale Egbedun, while trying to stylishly prop up some alternatives as the ones qualified to be Speaker. I do not know this Ayo Ologun, but his contribution to this discourse encouraged me to speak about the ongoing Speakership debate in Osun. Prior to the Ayo Ologun intervention, I read many other posts on Facebook and other social platforms that tried to achieve the same purpose of rubbishing Adewale Egbedun. What most of the posts tried to do was paint Egbedun as an internet fraudster to discredit him in the minds and hearts of his sincere lovers. I think I am familiar with this style of many Yoruba people, if I am to not say Nigerians.
